GrowthWheel Certification Course

We are delighted to present this Certification Course organized in partnership with InBIA - International Business Innovation Association. The course will take place right before the ICBI33 International Conference on Business Incubation.
The GrowthWheel Certification Course is for business advisors, incubators, accelerators, educators and others who are helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses. The 2-day course is ideal to learn how to best use our toolbox of inspiring decision sheets, which help founders think through their entire operations, business model, production plan, and more.
Participants will gain experience using the GrowthWheel® Toolbox and Online Platform through case study evaluation, small group discussions and open classroom discussion for application into the day-to-day work with their clients.
The curriculum is divided into five sections which prepare incubator, accelerator or other entrepreneurship center staff working with entrepreneurs in the 20 focus areas of the GrowthWheel, as well as through general business screening and tracking of decisions and actions.
These activities prepare staff and/or business advisors/mentors to use the GrowthWheel Toolbox and online platform in one-to-one counseling and in group training sessions.
Furthermore, by becoming certified, attendees will obtain a License to share the GrowthWheel tools with their clients, and collaborate with them on GrowthWheel Online – our large, global community of course graduates and practitioners.

Things to bring:
Please bring a laptop or tablet so you can try out GrowthWheel Online during the course. You may also consider to bring a charger and an extension cord.
Preparation for the course:
Please think of a business case that you would like to work on during the workshop sessions on day 2. It could be a case with a current client company - or a new company that you are going to work with.
