GrowthWheel International is looking for Business Partners in all regions around the world to help promote GrowthWheel and maintain relationships with local GrowthWheel Certified Partners.
The role of a GrowthWheel Business Partner is primarily to build a pipeline and nurture relationships, through personal networking, sales meetings, workshops, and participation in industry events as exhibitors and/or speakers.
GrowthWheel will provide all the back-office support for the sales effort, including co-branded marketing materials, website content, sales presentations, webinars, quote writing, CRM-system, etc. GrowthWheel can also participate in high-level sales meetings and keynotes at national industry conferences.
We enter partnerships with organizations that are already GrowthWheel Certified Partners, with a minimum of two GrowthWheel Certified and Licensed employees.
GrowthWheel Localization Partner
GrowthWheel Localization Partners help translate the GrowthWheel Toolbox and Online Platform into a local language. In exchange, GrowthWheel offer discounts on certification course and license fee in proportion with the amount of translation work. We currently have Localization Partners for the following languages: Thai, Akan, Swahili, Swedish, Bahasa Malaysia, Brazilian Portuguese, Indonesian, Italian, and Arabic. We are always looking for new partners —either in the mentioned or new languages. About being a GrowthWheel Localization Partner
Background
GrowthWheel work with various partners to help translate the whole or parts of the GrowthWheel Toolbox and Online platform into new languages. In such projects, The Localization Partner will receive compensation for this work in the form of discounts on GrowthWheel Certification, License, or other GrowthWheel products. Localization Partners must be GrowthWheel Certified Business Partners or be signed up for Certification at the time the project is started.
The Translation Project
The project consists of translating texts from specified tools in the GrowthWheel Toolbox and Online Platform. Unless otherwise agreed, the Localization Project should begin with the translation of the online platform, GrowthWheel Online. The scope of each tool is indicated in a number of units and the entire project is defined by the total number of units to be translated. The Localization Partner will submit the translated texts to spreadsheet templates provided by GrowthWheel. GrowthWheel will provide the tools to be translated in prioritized order and in batches to be completed before new batches are sent. GrowthWheel will review and approve the translations of the tools as well as do the graphic design of the translated tools. The Localization Partner may assign one or several persons to the project who are qualified to do the translation and must inform GrowthWheel about who is doing the translation.
Compensation and Scope of Work
For the translation work in this Agreement, the Localization Partner will receive the following compensation (the “Compensation”): A 100% discount on the GrowthWheel Certification Course. A 50% discount on GrowthWheel License Fee.
Each unit is priced at $50. In return for the Compensation, the Localization Partner will make translations of the units that correspond to the discount granted.
The GrowthWheel Tools/texts correspond to the following number of units:
Texts and menus, e-mails, etc. for GrowthWheel Online: 60 units
360° Screening pad: 1 unit
Ambitions and Outcomes pads 2 units
30-60-90 Days Plan pad: 1 unit
1 Decision Sheet: 1 unit
1 Framework: 1 unit
1 Article: 4 units
20 Workshop templates: 20 units
Time schedule
The project will be initiated after the Localization Partner has signed up for a GrowthWheel certification course and a timeframe for the project will be agreed upon between GrowthWheel International and the Localization Partner.
